How do you know THOR want 80% of the mine?
How do you know MB is going to retire?
How do you know he does not want to go out with a bang if and when he retires? i.e. bringing Spring Hill to production after finding 2 million+ ounces of gold.
Never assume...
Then there is Molyhil and Dundas...Lots of potential still there.
Don't forget, you're in the spec end of the market. Your "investment" is never safe. You should class it more as a punt, not an investment.
