This is from July 2011, but forecasts include an average 2017-2021 forecast of $157 for lump and $136 for fine.
Would a consensus taken now be much different? Probably. But if these estimates are worth anything it shouldn't be.
Yes, there is a big boost to supply anticipated. That is still some way off, and probably further off than predicted at the moment. Big delays are typical of just about every project I have come across. Demand is steadily increasing however, so prices have plenty of potential to spike in the next couple of years.
