My example concerns those speculative miners who were adroit and well placed to jump into the ev battery metals/green energy revolution. With few exceptions (I'll list a few although you should be aware of course: PLS, MIN, LKE, LTR, NMT, KDR, GXY, ADN, NVX, SYA, RNU and so on ..) through early movers with good management, investors have made literally 10's of billions of dollars. This isn't speculation - this is historical fact. When you look back at the 2017-2021 period of stocks in Australia, unheard of companies rose from nothing to billions of dollars in value. How could you have profited by this? All you needed to do was believe that vehicles would become battery powered, that lithium in particular would be the driving force of this revolution, that first movers and green innovators would profit the most....and then buy some shares.
How many countless posts of these companies' chart threads were of use? Unless they all advocated 'buy, buy, buy' ...?? but of course you know that wasn't the case. If you'd followed most of them, you wouldn't know your head from your tail. (Or maybe you made a trade that felt good for a day or two - but by the end of the week you weren't so sure - by the end of the month you wanted to take it back - and by the end of the year you couldn't even think about it because you knew what a colossal mistake you'd made. How many times have the chart guys done this and yet still spruik their trade on species?)
Well, an oracle I am not, but I do feel imo, that QPM at 20 cents is like PLS was at 30 cents in the day. Let the chart thread do its thing and continue to navel gaze. The bigger picture is that nickel is absolutely necessary for this said ev revolution, and that nickel miners (and high purity producers like QPM) are in the box seat... and yes, 'We are streets ahead of the rest. They are at the starting blocks and we'll have finished the race...' (or near enough - thanks Dr. S.G.
