It's generally a precursor to a breakdown *or* a breakout. With the bearish situation we're currently in, it seems likely it won't hold and we'll see a breakdown instead of a breakout. The DFS is months away, production is years away, the markets are full of fear and so far there are no guarantees for QPM. A hard bounce seems optimistic in this situation.
