It does depend what side of the fence you're standing on, I'm currently building myself a holding and was happy to have an average around 22c so anything I can buy sub 20c is a massive bonus for myself.
I am very pleased that there is decent selling keeping this around the 17-18c level.
As others have said, this is a no brainer as a long term hold.
