I was just interested in what peoples current thoughts were on the financing of the project. Do we think it’s realistic to get the est. $1B required without major Cap Raise dilution or could we get there with..
EFA $250m ?NAIF $250m ?
SLN ?
LG CHEM / POSCO ?
LOAN (Korean bank) ?
I am trying to find some examples of how funding of similar amounts have been secured previously and what the max potential Bank loan could realistically be.
Also not sure if securing both EFA & NAIF at that level is overly optimistic or achievable ?
I know its literally the Million dollar question for a lot of us but will admit the current SP /MC does have the me concerned on the level of dilution if this had to play a big part.
In saying that i was great to see Dr. SG last week looking so confident on the SLN announcement and how important the project "partnership" will be for them as well as the many others involved.
Appreciate any feedback
