Its better serviced than Gladstone and has plenty of other industries outside of the industrial world and trades. Better health facilities, airport, holiday options, similar recreation and outdoors, better variety of sports, and some top tier sporting teams at National level for Basketball, Rugby League and Netball.
Good schools, better shopping etc.
I'd say plenty of locally based trades companies could sub contract to the job or tradesmen could be employed to limit costs of housing and feeding workers, but the main project management and contracts will be the big companies. Such as the ones you find on larger resources projects and the big lithium plant jobs in WA. They know the game, they have supervision and management who have built this stuff time and time again.
