Not being cynical, but having worked in commodities, the amount of business going through the Congo and other "unstable" countries, it is of little concern.
The main objective is to finance and build the plant. Afterwhich, I am 100% sure, feedmaterial will not be an issue.
Once again, looking at the credentials of the management team, these are highly experience individuals in the resource sector, so I would have little concern.
