12 months for its US investments.
IMF intends to be a participant in
any arrangement and therefore an
“investor” in a portfolio that will, in
addition to mitigating risk, provide an
alternative source of income through
economics earned as a manager
of other investors’ capital. IMF has
engaged an exclusive placement
agent and US legal advisers to assist
in this process.
