Noble has the marketing rights for all iron ore produced by TTY, they purchased these rights from OMH, the deal with OMH for the marketing rights was done long before Noble and MK were involved, in fact it was in November 2005. Noble paid for these marketing rights, they get no more and no less than the original agreed amount, read the announcement. ( 28th Feb 2007)
