Mediwebnet got back to me about the delay in obtaining the prizma and getting it online. Appears it was out of GMV's control.

We confirm that the online shop is operational. Due to imports of other non-compliant products (as you will have read in the media), the customs tightened the controls and therefore extended the time.

I confirm that if RPM means subscription to the user portal, it is included in the price for the first three months. It then costs € 9.90 a month. As you can see in detail on the shop.

If you do not intend to subscribe, you can use the PRIZMA in stand alone mode and therefore without data storage.
