I would be very reluctant to believe any announcement put out by a 6% jv partner, particularly when the depth that they referred to as having gas, was not even close to a target zone. Aminex did release a statement to that effect and if you want to blame anyone it would have to be Bounty for making such an outlandish release. Surprised the ASIC didn't contact them about that clearly untrue and misleading statement, but that said not the fault of Aminex or Key for that matter.
