I beleive that GPT now has a firm foundation for medium to long term growth (capital), but am starting to have some doubts as to whether or not GPT can maintain its previous high dividend yeild.

One of the main components of my individual strategy is the dividend, and forcasts from major banks indicate a dividend of around 4c per yr till 2011.

I don't see why it should drop that much from its current 7c a year. I recognise that some of the assets that were providing this yeild were sold down to reduce debt, and with the recent capital raising the divvy may be affected.

Can anyone give any insight as to what we might expect?

    Regards,
