medusa rewards shareholders

Sick of holding shares where the company 'rewards' directors with large lumps of free shares? Well Medusa is giving everyone an equal 10% extra for no upfront cost. The mkt liked the announcement which states: 'The company(Medusa) has achieved several significant milestones in the last calendar year and the bonus issue is in recognition of the invaluable support the company has received from its shareholders. In addition, it is envisaged that the bonus issue will encourage greater liquidity in Medusa shares.'

I'm not convinced this bonus issue is all good... but if SP holds or drops less than 10% i.e. stays at/above $3.70 mark... then holders have def gained.

PS. CEO's comments were certainly bullish.
