to put things in perspective
35 years ago, a fully furnished property (ie wiwo) was available in mt magnet for $16,000. the company that watso worked for, rented the property... ok - a lot has happened in the past 35 years - but at the time, it would not have made sense, to have had a rental property in mt magnet.e.. the neighbours would have ransacked the property, within a week, if it was empty
