If they raise the money at 30c (equivalent of current 1.5cent share price) then you'd have to think they are getting a good deal. Who would realistically put $85mill money into this at the current share price otherwise. You'd have to be getting a decent discount on current share price. The success of this deal going ahead all comes down to the raise.
