I am not after reward for naught. I simply would like answers as to why alternative methods to fund this deal that did not as severely impact shareholders, or allow current shareholders to partake in the deal. In my opinion the board has certainly looked well after themselves only.
Additionally, many here have questioned why the SP was being continually hammered down at close of trade for well over a year now. I think we now have the answer.
If the NS deal goes ahead as planned it really is an uncanny coincidence for our board & Mr Pavlovitch, both of who just happened to be in the right place, when the SP is at record lows after the P & G announcement, to maximise their upside.
Conversely, the shareholders get to shoulder a massive dilution & also see their return ratio per cent of SP increase severely diminished by the consolidation.
