NS just released a new product 5 weeks ago which looks like having an EBIT of 1m alone so as much as everyone is hurting around the dilution aspect I think you really are underestimating the growth that NS alone will bring through new products & using our tech i.e. vitamin patches. This will be a wellness company & they want a fully integrated beast that they have a plan to build the biggest in the world based on the OBJ platform. After speaking to the board, Paul, George & Matt (Head of the lab) you can see there enthusiasm & the bigger picture.

Those that haven't done this please do so as you will find them very approachable!
