I'm curious to know how much the retail section of NS contributed towards the $2.9m profits. The stores must be buying from NS. Without the retail stores what would the profits have been, really? The same, higher or lower.
Mr Palermo mentioned that money was sunk into the retail stores, how much? That was his reason for the profits being down. Why was so much money invested and why was the bottom line in the red for retail?
Mr Pavlich said they wanted competitors to buy them, but they run at a loss. And then said 100 stores might be the way.
Why was there such a rapid change in profits?
