Bragi - their second generation product the Dash Pro seems to be a good product, and looks to be the market leader. Doesn't have hearing enhancement functionality though - is pitched mainly as a fitness gadget (on board storage, fitness tracking)

Bose - have said they are entering the full wireless earbud segment, however hearing enhancement not on the agenda

If Nuheara can continue to grab more market share with these upgrades we won't need to be the top seller in the segment to be very successful indeed - top 5 or even top 10 will be good enough.
