I would be ok if he just came out with his view and be done with it.
But it is obvious that he has had 21 differing views, of each 20 were positive.
but to have a 80% variation in price target in the space of a month shows that even 10 year "analysts" haven't got a clue and most cannot be counted on to provide unbiased & unemotional analytical assessments to make such reccomendations.
I would be ok if he just came out with his view and be done with...
