You are right Ctindale in that no-one knows about the timing of these events.

I agree that it could be a twofold event regarding Hyperinflation in Chindia and deflation in the West as that also sounds feasible.

You might call hyperinflation being Gold from 200-1500 however I personally don't.

That is like saying a medium sized 4 bedroom house being priced at $35,000 40 odd years ago and is now selling for $500,000 is hyperinflation as well however it is really just inflation adjusted in normality going up in line with incomes which also increased at a rapid pace.

Property is now in a stagnant period as is incomes.
