So a question - are the adminstrators working for management or shareholders.
As would have thought in best interest of shareholders that they simply sell the assets they have pay of employees, creditors and give what is left to shareholders.
As recapitalisation sounds like would benefit more management than shareholders so again do administrators make decisions in best interests of shareholders since engaged by the company?
