I'm in the same boat (almost literally, judging by the torrent of water running down my street-front)as ibuybulion - stuck on the wild 'n windy NSW Sth Coast, so unable to indulge in the coffee, bickies and banter at the meeting, but hey, with such great reports from Tretch, Rameez, etc., I'm feelin' like sunny days are on the PEK horizon and am looking to dump some of my non-performers and dip another toe or two into the PEK pool ... great summation, guys.

Just out of interest and seeing as I'm such a lazy bugger, why was Resolution 5 such a close vote (Employee Incentive Plan)?
