The US listing if i was hearing correctly is imminent, that is in the next few weeks. I am not sure if this will be good or bad for PEK so i remain neutril.
tezzak you will notice that with most resolutions there were only 23 million votes by proxy. It is my understanding that the other 184 million votes are left to the chairmans discretion who would in most cases vote yes.
So in other ways all resolutions were passed without any concerns. I was amazed by the small amount of proxies which indicates most couldnt give a shit. I only went so i could question the blokes running the show.
