Happy Cats could give a more reasonable opinion but i reckon the Yank OTC market is pretty irrelevant and could be detrimental..
It's just a brokerage rort controlled by a Market Maker and the OTC [over the counter] shares are often the source for Boiler Room activity so why aren't I surprised that the Yank PR people are considered Fantastic by the 'boss' presumably AH.
Could he be being sucked in again by New York Financiers?
Anyhow this listing is not going to raise any immediate finance needed to complete this years budget.
It is apparent that a standard Placement is imminent and drill results are hoped to raise the sp to get this 'away'.
