I would be inclined to believe the sentiment except for one very important BIG fact... that the Head Honcho owns nearly 1 billion shares in the company! I don't think even the most lazy, senseless, ignorant of company chairmen would treat this particular company as a junket. Perhaps it's not the "right" time to be promoting the company in Bizz's eyes but it's always the right time for shareholders. Unless shareholders apply pressure, nothing is likely to change. Unless shareholders hold them to account, nothing is likely to change. Do you reckon the company assigning say $30k for Twitter/LinkedIn/HotCopper marketing is going to affect their lifestyle? ... not one iota. But if SH make it clear that the lack of PR and marketing is affecting their investment, the SP and the company's reputation, I bet the BoD may just sit up and change the PR status. Good for them too if it pays off. The problem here is that the SP was being ramped by those who have the skills, intelligence and knowledge to research and carry out due diligence. Kudos to them, I say, so long as others are aware, how is it unethical if others are influenced and the SP goes up? Everything is honky dory when the rampers are in town but when gone, reality hits and it can hit hard. It becomes blatantly obvious when the SP comes crashing down that the PR is not there... well the rampers are no longer here, they are elsewhere doing the same as they did here 6 mths ago. The "rinse and repeat cycle" here too not just in the market as evidenced by the chart. Thats when a lack of PR or marketing becomes apparently clear. Remember too that SP volatility is not going to affect or concern SB as it does us. He is in it for the very long haul and has very deep pockets... that is why he is presumed not to care. I bet he cares about his reputation, though. I reckon that eventhough he may be arrogant, may be a cowboy... I still reckon there would be a smidgeon of caring about his image even if he has a bit of contempt for retail SH. P!$$ in his pocket a bit whilst pretending to want to protect his reputation and things might change for the better. You do also need to remember that these guys think they can do everything including PR and often can't because, yes, they dont just run one company but are involved in running others too including the bigger company in their portfolio, namely BCP. Plead to their vulnerabilities whilst pleading for their empathy and commonsense and you never know, guys. That's advice for those attending the AGM... not the non-holder Bigman with the big judgement calls.

Your point is well made, I understand your desperation for lane way to succeed, take towies advice, "back up the truck" "cheapest gold shares on the Asx" "I'll be topping up at these levels" "weak hands selling to me" and so the diatribe continues, the company is a disgracefully run jaunt, towie probably is a director, he continues to pump this rubbish of a stock, good luck to you shell and all the poor folk pumping their hard early into towies charade, I hope you all make millions, it won't be in LANEWAY though, Thankyou shell for your thoughtful comments
