meeting ajourned

as many of you will already be aware the meeting was ajourned because of irregularities (possibly illegal) in the proxies recieved.
Very tense meeting, looks like both sides really playing for keeps and pulling out all stops in an effort to gain/retain control.
No final proxy numbers were announced by the auditor as it was deemed innapropriate in light of irregularities.
Dir McLeod attempted (after the meeting was closed) to disclose an interim figure for proxies although i was unable to hear the figures as some goose up the back was being disruptive. lol

I have said all along that for me this is about the merits or not of the Magdalena project and nothing has changed in that regard.
In the end i hope that lawyers will not be the only winners in all this.

ps; i thought the jokes about my getting a new suit were funny, but as usual way of the mark. I wouldnt take on a public directorship for all the tea in China
