INTEC is primarily involved with the production of metals so their offer would be for the nickel side i presume,
as Uranium is not their forte i dont think they would be factoring in that to your estimate so at a bit over 4c would be to take the production of the nickel but the bid would be to low for the amount of nickel if it is $40billion
