Sorry but you did read the ASX announcement. The one where current management failed to lodge basic paperwork? If you're happy with that then send in your papers and god help the investors. All I can say is I'm glad i'm not currently in the stock and it seems less likely that i ever will be again.
The board needs a shake up and it doesn't take too much thought to see why! That's the way I see it and I'll watch on with great anticipation that the common sense of the average investor prevails.
