    I totally agree that the name of a company means absolutely nothing to the location of it's resources and therefore money's should not be wasted on the name change, stationery etc.
    A question or two.
    Why has only one director been singled out for termination & what's the problem with him alone, and why replace one with three.
    What's the underlying strategy.
    Thoughts please
