The Community Representative had indicated that today 20th Feb there was going to be a meeting between Genorah ( Maredi), the chief of the DMR Pretoria and Community representatives.

For several days I requested a copy of the Agenda but that has not been forthcoming. Initially my contact indicated that he had not received a copy. Yesterdays request went unanswered.

I hope that sometime tomorrow Aust time my contact in South Africa will be able to share what transpired. Until then we can only hope that all issues are resolved and NKP/Genorah can proceed towards the registration of the Mining Licence. Also note based upon Mr X feedback that a presentation to the DMR is scheduled for mid March.

We can only try via various channels in seeking an insight as to what is going on. The NKP Board refuses to keep shareholders informed.
