This has been covered many times before, but to give you an example:
$10,000 invested in CDV at todays close of $0.48 would give you 20833 shares.
$10,000 invested in CDVOA at todays close of $0.32 would give you 31250 options exercisable at 15c before 30 Sept 2019.
Assuming the CDV price continues to go up and we take $0.77 as an example (roughly the all time high), the 20833 CDVs would be worth $16,041 while the 31250 CDVOAs would be trading at roughly $0.61 and be worth $19062.50. Alternatively, you could also exercise these Options anytime before 30 Sept 2019 at $0.15 to purchase 31250 shares at the current SP (could be $2 or $3 by then).
That is of course not accounting for the potential time value that the Options may get as they have 2 1/2 years before they expire. And potential tax benefits in holding vs exercising them.
Now if you multiply this $10,000 investment by say 10, 20 or 50 then you can this result increases... well you get the idea.
Of course options can go down as quickly as they go up, and they are not for everyone so by no means in this investment advice, and I would strongly suggest doing your research before buying Options because i'm sure everyone here has been bitten before... I sure have.
