From the Quarterly Report dated 31/7/08:

"Submission to the DIA ACMC concerning the validity of the heritage site complex has been lodged and is expected to be dealt with in early August.MDX remain confident that this matter will be satisfactorily resolved and drilling will be able to commence soon"

There is no guarantee it will make it to the meeting "expected to be dealt with" but if there is a delay remember "MDX remain confident...". Hopefully, it is there right now and we will have news soon.
