    Any buyers today into the weakness will do very well under either scenario (either a withdrawal of the offer or the offer going ahead).

    gc - didnt you say once that Shen is part of a very wealthy family network? I cant imagine he would have too many problems getting a loan.

    Also, im confused why there needs to be another IE report produced?
