Interesting, the gent standing behind Cath with the whopping grin on his face in pic 3, can't read his name, but clear as day the company he is representing is the one that walked in the past. SHELL. To my logic, Shell has no participation in any of the leases in Senegalese territory. Very compelling that this company has sent an employee to the ball.
