The audacity of this guy knows no bounds. Not only is he diluting holders all the time, now he helped himself to more options, at the ridiculous exercise price of 25 cents (on top of his extravagant salary of course) without ever having made a profit in 26 years.
He keeps telling the market (with his ridiculous graph in all the presentations) that VPE is worth $1/share (and other fairy tales).
So then make the options exercisable at $1!
What a buffoon! (Although, I guess the mugs are us holders, as he is raking it in, and we keep getting diluted.)
