Pretty much a 100% response from posters here. 7.5m options issued that are already in the money or close to it. I agree, the options sould either have a higher exercise price or the Directors should have to pay something for them.
I support options as a means of incentivising the Board, but I will be voting against these resolutions. If they choose to revise the terms to something in excess of $0.40, I may reconsider.
