PK9/others: Very sadly, I would assume that the odds are rather on a "done deal" than otherwise.
Shameless people at the helm.
The only hope in my view is a take-over at a decent premium and coming real soon. But also not that likely to happen.
NOT HAPPY sums up my feelings.
