If a takeover comes, and I am anticipating one, we will get real value. That is the beauty of having Sentient on board. I am of the opinion there wont be any offer put on the table until VPE proves up what it has got.

That is why I am encouraged by the fact that VPE has recently raised money to get on a fast track to prove up their CSG with BG. If it hadnt raised the money then they would have been at the mercy of BG.

Hopefully they can get stuck in and do the same to the shareprice that PES did to theirs.

But in the meantime we all need to vote against these very outlandish option handouts. At least Mr Patten did the decent thing and bought into the company through an on market purchase.
