reading Tui earlier post, i think it mentions that he is located in the UK also.

great to hear that you will be voting against the options resolutions also.
the Board has deliberately made it so that there is an extremely short time frame between calling the meeting and the actual meeting date.
the meeting is to be held 10 February.

PROXIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY COY AT LEAST 48 HRS PRIOR TO MEETING.SO BE IN THEIR HANDS NO LATER THAN 7 FEB.

VPE has placed the docs on ASX, so they must have already mailed them to s/h.

The form allows you to appoint the Chairman as Proxy.
It is essential to direct the proxy, so you need to mark the boxes AGAINST the resolution, otherwise Chairman has stated he will vote in favour of the resolution.

the form provides info to enable you to fax Proxy to VPE.

Actually, if you do not receive forms within say a week or so, you could simply print the ASX announcement as it has a copy Proxy form - fill that in and send it to VPE.
Make sure you write on the Proxy form your s/h number and name.
