I concur. I will be voting against it. This is a true act of greed. The audacity of the bugger is incredible. So 330k per annum is not a sufficient incentive to continue to work hard for the shareholders?

Wake up and look around the world, JK, we are in the middle of a global economic downturn, not to mention you have yet to generate a single cent of earnings in 20 years! The incentive for you lot to work hard would be the fact that shareholders have continued to pay your ridiculous salary for the last 20 years without you making a single cent to date! Even if the company is to generate 100mn in future value, your past salary should mean that you re already more than adequately compensated for.

Let's be realistic. Our votes won't affect the outcome. So it will be interesting to see how the likes of Elphinstone, Sentient and QGC/BG vote.
