Received the voting forms in the post today. Voting against the option issue is a no brainer for me. I will also vote against the placement - with around 300,000 shares, I don't expect to overturn the resolution but I would like to make a statement. The manner in which this placement was undertaken (ie the price, timing and lack of necessity) and the parties to which it was offered (too close to QGC and Sentient Group) mean that this should not happen without some sort of protest.

Moving on, I'm hanging out to hear some timings on drilling on Don Juan, PL171 and ATP574P all of which were due to start Dec 08 or early 09. Having screwed us little shareholders, how about getting back to work and doing something that will add some value??
