Hey Simon & Kalenn, cheers for keeping me company at lunch yesterday and I hope you eventually found your way to the Boatshed Restaurant - I reckon that's the one you were after.

Great summation and analysis there as always Simon. I trust investors small and large should now take a much more serious look at AVB. I've been coming to the AGM's for some 3 years and this was by far the most comprehensive and I guess you could say inspiring presentation.

Thanks to Kalenn for getting the AGM report rolling on HC and everyone else who contributed. Big hello to everyone who cared to attend and I reckon next year we will definitely need a bigger room!
