Date of Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Blue Star Helium Limited (ASX: BNL) (Blue Star or the Company) advises the 2022 Annual
General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, 19 May 2022. A notice of meeting
for the Annual General Meeting is being prepared by the Company and will be announced to
ASX and provided to Shareholders aroundmid-April 2022.
An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of Directors. In
accordance with clause 11.7 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing time and date for the
receipt of director nominations is 5:00pm AWST on 4 April 2022 at the Company’s registered.
