Has anyone wondered why they are having the meeting in July. They said the Itochu deal would only happen after the legal issues are finalised.
So in my opinion only, do they know that the legal stuff will be finished by July? Now that the appeals have been dropped is the next stage the M&D conduct case will be dropped?
Have AGS done a deal where Itochu become JV partners with Heathgate. Maybe a 60/40 split to Heathgate. AGS might not be able to work with Heathgate but Itochu possibly could. We sell 40% of the whole project to Itochu. Everbody wins.
Why is AGS expecting to hold the meeting in July if we have a long court case ahead of us?
Anyway it is only a theory, would be a clean finish to all this though.
