I voted against the the 2 secretaries getting 4 million each...

I voted against the the 2 secretaries getting 4 million each because I thought it was a real joke.
Performance shares are in place to better the company.. so far nothing has been done as you say, so simply they DO NOT get the 4 million shares each.

But when they list on the NSX soon they will qualify aNd each receive 4 million shares. In saying that I still do not agree on 4 million shares handed out to company secretaries as they have little or no influence on projecting a company forward, do they?
