Yes they have had 6 months waiting for the court decision and you would hope that there has been a lot of play behind the scenes. Given that there has been absolutely no physical work being conducted.
This reminds me of BCC. Just a few months ago, heads were going to roll, then a rabbit is pulled out of the hat. This may very be that type of arrangement.
Remember, the company mentioned that supermajors were interested, so we will see what they mean there. I can tell you that if the Management dont pull off something, there will be action at the board level. The Hotcopper fighting fund might come into play haha
If the Board haven't used this time wisely, it will be very easy to see.
I say just wait and see. You never know there might be a few interested parties ready to come aboard. That can only be a good thing.
