this goes way back to the beginning when they (including Nido) accepted Team Oil & Cape Energy as a part of the Joint Venture Partners.
this put the above as joint operators with Vitol none of which had any experience in developing an oil field.
so i can't see why Nido should be bitching when they played apart in appointing the operators.
Nido suck it up and learn from your mistakes as you played a part in this mess.
