My understanding is that DOEs stance was along the lines of " we cannot support an operator change at this point ,,,, you have legal remedies against GPC and the courts are the correct forum for these type of disputes"
Be interesting to see if Nido takes this further ,,,, colateral damage is massive now with oil at $87 ....... would not want to be holding GPC shares right now ...imo.
